Quantum Van der waals electronic Device LAB. 반데르발스 양자 전자 소자 연구실
QUVED Lab. (Quantum Van der Waals Electronic Device Laboratory) is dedicated to advancing next-generation electronics by leveraging quantum phenomena in low-dimensional materials and heterostructures.
Our research focuses on understanding and controlling charge, spin, and superconducting transport in van der Waals systems. By engineering symmetry, interfaces, and energy landscapes, we aim to create novel device functionalities that go beyond the limits of conventional semiconductor technologies.
We are particularly interested in:
-
Quantum transport in 2D materials and heterostructures
-
Superconducting and spintronic device physics
-
Josephson junctions and nonreciprocal transport phenomena
-
Energy-efficient device concepts beyond CMOS
Through a combination of fundamental physics and device engineering, QUVED Lab seeks to bridge the gap between quantum science and practical electronic applications.
