우리 연구실에서는 2D 물질과 van der Waals heterostructure를 기반으로 실제 소자를 제작하고, 전기적 특성을 측정하며, 공정 조건과 계면 구조가 소자 특성에 어떻게 반영되는지 분석합니다. 반도체 회사의 공정/소자/평가분석 직무를 준비하는 학생에게도 좋은 연구 경험이 될 수 있습니다.
